All Betta fish are shipped with USPS priority overnight shipping. The price of shipping and shipping supplies is included in your adoption fee. I only ship on Mondays,Tuesdays, and Wednesdays to insure your fish will arrive on time. I also only ship to the continental United States
SHIPPING RISKS
By ordering a Betta, you accept that if anything goes wrong in terms of being shipped late, extreme temperatures, or other accidents, neither you or I am to blame. Therefore, if you receive your fish dead while any of these things happened, I will give you back 50% of what you paid for the fish. Warning: If your bettas perish due to your own negligence (you didn’t pick up the bettas from the Post office the day they arrived, left them in the car, or decided to let the mailman handle their delivery instead of picking them up yourself, etc…) then you will be solely liable for the loss. You hereby agree to immediately notify me if the bettas are late and agree that should the bettas show up dead on arrival (DOA) you will not take any action or do anything without first consulting me. Failure to comply with above will result in my 50% replacement policy to be void.
FIN DAMAGE DURING SHIPPING
Sometimes the fish tear their tail during shipping. You hereby understand that this is an inherent part of the shipping risks and that such incidents are not in my control or the result of my own doing. Hence if your male arrives with a tail that no longer looks "perfect", you will not be hold me liable. All fish that are sent to you looked exactly as they did in the picture that they did when I shipped them out.
ONE WEEK LIFE GUARANTEE
Assuming you have a 2.5 gallon tank or larger, a heater, and a filter, I guarantee your fish will be alive for the first week you have it. After that first week it is no longer a question of my care but yours. If your fish dies in this first week, I will give you a full refund.
DOA
On the extremely rare occasion your fish is dead on arrival purely do to my packaging mistakes , send me a picture of the fish in the unopened bag and I will refund you.
